Since the yr started i have been doing 5 days per week.
now i'm thinking about taking it down to 4 or maybe even 3 days per week. Any suggestions? I'm trying to gan mass while not gaining bodyfat and gaining strength.

I WOULD SUGGEST SPLITTING YOUR WORKOUT IF YOU AREN'T ALREADY(M,T,OFF W,T,F,S,OFF S). TRAIN TO FAILURE, EAT RIGHT, AND WATCH THE MUSCLE GROW. REMEMBER, YOUR BODY NEEDS NUTRIENTS TO GET MAXIMUM GAINS. ALSO, MODERATE CARDIO WILL KEEP THE FAT OFF, BUT YOU CAN'T GAIN AND BURN AT THE SAME TIME. GOOD LUCK!:dumbbell:

I haven't been splitting my routine but I may try that one you wrote.
More questions to to clarify things:
What is eating right? 3-5 meals per day, no junk food, protein and fruits etc.?
Also, can i expect this muslce growth from doing the average person's exercises? meaning using typical machines or should I do more of the harder stuff (i.e. machine rather then freeweights like Squats)?
And how much is moderate Cardio? 2-3x week of 20min?!? I don't want to do to much and lose muscle.
Thanks for reply(ies)

it's all a matter of opinion and what you are comfortable with.. free weights are better as resistance and balance is included- extra little muscles get involved thus helping with 'mass'..
I eat 7 to 8 meals a day now. But I don't eat what I used to consider a 'proper' meal anymore.
I train 5 or 6 times a week- but only each bodypart, once in a week. Cardio I do a lot because I'm carrying about 18 kilos of fat- if your thin- do hard fast cardio once a week, just to keep you at the top of the tree.
bbfit has a brilliant grocery list in fit buddy search. the nutrition data base tells you what's in a food so fill in a daily food diary. Then find out what is in what you eat (carbs/protein/fat/fibre).. The profile you fill in will give you a guide to what you should be getting nutritionally. Adjust what you currently eat to suit the goals(eat some protein at every meal). Don't change anything, just tweak into place what you've got by nature. Diets and major change will fail everytime... But a lifestyle is forever..
As long as you know you are monitoring and adjusting to what is right for your aims. Then you will get there.. Do before and after photos and measure everything 1 and 3 monthly to see your achievements (weight, waist, leg, chest, bicep). BEST OF LUCK
