Im currently doing 4 sets and 10 reps for each different exercise that day. Is this too many becuase I have seen on some other sites people doing 3 sets and 8-12 reps each. What difference in your body will more reps or less reps with more power do?

Thx again

it all depends on your goals.. something like 6- 8 sets will be more for building size and strength, as opposed to something like 10- 12 reps for more endurance and definition. 4 sets is plenty per exercise, you could even do 3 if you wanted, but i wouldnt go over 4 because of the "law of diminishing returns" (more or less that its detrimental to do more than 4 work sets)

Thx again broupie I'll try 3 sets 10 reps becuase my fourth set is usually a struggle from the first rep to the last.
