how many sets for each exercise??

I usually do about 10-15 reps at 4 sets sometimes 5.......is this good? what would you reccomend?? any help is appreciated thanks.

Hi,

Just saw that this message wasn't answered so I'll give you my thoughts on it. It all depends on what you would like to go for. I read your profile and if you want to get big then you have to keep pushing yourself to the max. Eat lots of good food every 2-3 hours per day and get cardio in there. With me the more the better! There is nothing like the human spirit pushing you beyond your limits. Hope this helps!
