I train like this:
day 1 : Chest / abs
day 2 : Back / leggs
day 3 : abs
day 4 : shoulders, traps
day 5 : tri / bic / abs
day 6 : rest
it means that i train one part a week, is it enough?
Before i was overtraining a lot (maybee now too...) but since i m doing this (for 2 mounth) i grow a lot (even if i m less 'cut' now)
is it still too much?

As with most fitness questions, you will get different answers depending on who you ask. Personally, I think working out each body part once a week is ideal. Howeverm if you are going to work a body part more than once a week allow at least 48-72 hours in between in order to give the muscle time to heal.

separate back and legs....you if hit either one with any sort of intensity ...you won't have much left for the other...
remember to do
squats
stiff legged deadlifts
deadlifts
rows
pulldowns/pullups
calf raises
doing high intensity effort on deadlift or squat will get you tired fast..
take day 3 as rest...you don't need to do abs so often...
do back/traps
and shoulders and legs...
so 4 days of training total with 3 days rest
