Hi,....I was in the bodybulding world(not pro), just for fun, now i want to take it seriously, and take my body to a higher level, and I was wondering, How many times a day i should eat(the days i training and the days off), to get on lean muscle mass and not adding unwanted body fat.
Thanks,

Hey martin and welcome to FT! First off you should always eat 6-7 meals a day training or not to keep you metabolism high. Secondly if you want muscle be prepared to gain fat as well, you just can't gain muscle without fat nor can you loose fat with out muscle. I suggest using the search button at the bottom of the page on gaining mass or muscle.

as justin said, 6-7 meals per day.
althou you should keep opn eye on this: if you see unwanted fat reduce this number to 5-6 meals per day.
