I work out twice a week, sometimes three, alternating days of Lower body and upper body. Obviously, some weeks I'm doing upper twice and lower once, next week it's vice versa. That one week where I'm only training the muscles once, is that enough. I'm not looking for huge gains, just strength and a little definition. Basically, is it ok to just work out upper body once a week and still get results? Thanks
