i just joined a gym and i'm planning on attending the cardio and muscle strengthening classes to lose weight (all are one-hour classes). i'm not sure how many times a week i should do either one.
if i want to work out 5 times a week, how many days do i do cardio and how many days do i do muscle? and if i work out 6 times a week, how many days do i do cardio and how many days do i do muscle?
i'm about 150 lbs and i have a muscular, "big boned" body already so i just want to make sure not to bulk up or anything. thanks!
