I am a naturally slender guy who is trying to gain muscle mass while minimizing fat and would like to stay in good cardiovascular health as well. Starting a 3-day split weight lifting routine, but don't know how much and what type of cardio to do per week without losing muscle mass. Right now I am aiming for 2-3 cardio sessions per week, running on treadmill at moderate pace, approx 20-30mins. I have heard that 'intervals' and rows are better for someone like me. I have also heard a ton of other conflicting things regarding how much cardio to do, don't know what to do!
