I am 5'11'', 185lb .. workout 3d/week, 2hr/day .. mainly free weight and cardio. I have been looking for a honest assessment of daily protein req. Different places talk different number. Can anyone help with the total gms of proteins/day without elevating the blood creatinin level beyond 1.5 mg/dl? Thx
Elevating blood creatinin levles??? hhhhmmmm, no adverse affects have ever been documented consuming 1 gr. of protein per lb. of bodyweight for the resistance trained athlete. Upwards of this is fine also. I personally do 2 gr. per day. Drink lots of water.
