I eat any where from 30 something to 70 something, it depends on the the meal but I will say Breakfast and Dinner are up at the high end and by days end I end up with 240 to 270 grams taken in.

Just get your protein for the day in. Much more important than overanalyzing each meal.

yeah thats what i thought to but this guy said once you get a certain amount of protein in then your body will only use a certain amount and the rest will go to waiste.

I don't know the facts on this and doubt most do but I would rather have some go to waste then not have enough!

Your body is smart...it will utilize the amount of protein it needs. In a nutshell, if it needs 1 gr. it will utilize it, if it needs 50 gr. it will utilize that. Your body cannot 'count'. This wasting protein after a certain amount in each meal is so much nonsense if you think about things. If you overeat anything, then it is over caloric intake and your body will eliminate what it does not utilize. Do this too much and you well know the circumstances. Does not matter what nutrient it is. Over calories is over calories. Bodybuilders are probably the most anal retentive folks there are. Micromanaging at its finest.
