How much should I drink? *Prolab N-Large

Hi everyone,

I'm currently trying to gain some weight using Prolab N-large. Several questions:

(1) How much should I drink per day? I know to drink one in the morning and after workout, but I'm not sure how much I should actually consume. The label says that one serving is about 600 calories (4 scoops). Is that sufficient on the days I workout?
(2) How bout the days that I don't work out?

Anyway, sorry to sound like a total newb, but I just have absolutely no idea. I don't know if this information helps, but I'm 5'10, 142'ish lbs, and 24.

Welcome to free traiers. First thing fill out your profile so we can better help. Second, I know you already bought it but i have used N-large before and it really did me no good except pack on fat although i didn't use it very long. You need to get your calories from good clean whole foods. But to answer your questions, you need to figure out how many calories to consume in order to grow then use N-large to meet those calorie needs. Keep an eye on how much fat your putting on as well too many calories to fast will more than likely put on mostly fat. On days you don't work out you want drop your calorie intake as you won't be expending as much energy therefore not needing extra calories. I suggest you use the fit buddy search below and gather some info on gaining weight. But i really would suggest use the N-large only if you must. Good Luck.

Hey, thanks! Yeah, I finally filled out my profile. Didn't know it existed:).

Anyway, I already have N-Large. Might as well make the most of it since every review I've read seems to be positive (maybe I'm biased:P). But I am worried about getting too fat with this supplement.

I'll try to do a little more research though.
