I have a question and i get differnt anwsers all the time. How many days a week should u workout. My coach told me that every other day u need to work out. but other people told me work out mon-fri and take a break on the weekend. Also how many reps and how many sets should i workout with

Both are correct. Find which works for you(fits your schedule), workout goals, and do it.
