I'm 5'9 right now 190-195 lbs. Used to pump iron a lot in highschool. As most of you know, I'm back to training to build MASS. Within my first few weeks of training how much weight should I be using to benchpress, curl, squat, and so on, and how much should my goal be. I don't want to hurt myself is why I am asking. In school I was 175 lbs, and benched 190

There is no way we can tell you what to use! You will need to find your own 1rep max and work from there. ALSO once you have your 1rm you can then set goals for yourself. For some people it's quite easy to increase by 10 pounds per week. ALso if your afraid of hurting yourself you will never grow J/k. But seriously to move the big weight you cant be afarid of it. your mind cam keep you from achieving

Great advise. Thanks! I was just wondering. It's been a while since I lifted. And I want to gain mass, so I didn't want to start the wrong way. So 1 rep. max is the best starting point. I got it. Thanks my man.
