Hi, I'm Linda. I just joined today and I have a question already. In the exercise program, I do not see where it tells you how much weight you should start with on each exercise. For example, I see the repetitions, but no recommended weight amount. Any help would be appreciated, and I wish you all the best success in your fitness endeavors.
Use a weight that you are comfortable with, that alows you to use perfect form, but yet makes it hard for you to do the last 3 reps of the sets, Hope that explanation helps and welcome to freetrainers.
