hi i've been working out over a year now and i use to get sore after weight training and now i don't anymore. does this mean that i'm not working my muscles anymore, i've tried changing up my routine and i still doesn't work. i don't know if i should lift heavier weights. now i am doing 4 sets of 12 at 60 pounds on the hip adductor and abductor. with free weights its usually 4 sets of 12 at 10 pounds for my arms/shoulders. what should i do to get that soreness back so i will feel like i am working at my best
