How much weight to start?

Just starting lifting Monday 1/7/02 got schedule from this site. Still not sure what weight to start with or how to figure. Any ideas?

It has to be hard to do the last couple of repetitions, so you try to find the right weight. If it's too light you'll not get any gains.

Be careful not to go too heavy...you might risk getting injured. Always start with light weights and gradually increasing until the number of reps. decrease.

You really just have to try using different weights until you find how strong you are and go from there.
