How old do you have to be to buy creatine??
I read on that internt that you shouldnt take creatine if you are under 16 so i assumed you had to be 16 to purchase it...apparently i was wrong you must b 18. Is this right??

Not sure if there's really a written law on this...may just be policy at some places and it says not recommended for people under "so and so" age on the packaging. Otherwise I wouldn't think you'd need it at 16.

at 16 you are producing more than enough natural creatine. dont take it until you are at least 18.

Creatine is not a drug, there is no age limit or anything on it.
Having said that, you need to be at least old enough and tall enough as the limit on the train ride at amusement parks. :)
In other words, save your money, at this stage of the game it will do nothing for you.
