How should i use my cell-tech i just bought
i have heard that , use of creatine before workout is more effective and useful.
but on cell-tech`s packkage , they suggest to use it right after your workout.
so any suggestions.
also i am gonna use 100% On Whey by Optimum.
there combinition would work i think.?
what do you think
do tell me.

before in that you must be loaded first so be takeing it a week before you can expect to know a difference. to load or not to load is another argument too. I load on a week with 4 scoops a day then after do a scoop a day in the mornings- I train afternoon.
more important is to know you have for arguments sake some variables to work with on available nutrition like...
one hour to two before working out you want 35+ grams of protein and then you want carb support- so would that be a tuna sandwich or a shake of sorts? but then after working out you want quicker carbs and protein again- the creatine can go in any time but with fruit juice or water only as protein helps stop it's absorption.

persoannly i'm not a cell tech fan, its alot of suger and filler and lil creatine for the price........but anyways, i'd take one scoop of cell tech before work out( 30mins before) then and another scoop immediatly after,with a protein shake.
I have read somewhere that your body can only metoblize 5 to 6 grams of creatine at one sitting.( this I guess is depening on size too) So I wouldn't load it, especially with somthing as expensive as cell tech.
