that's one of the biggest misconceptions about weight lifting..people do not just "bulk up" because they are lifting weights..it takes time, proper weight lifting plan, and hard-work to become bulky..do not worry, as atiger said..

bulking and cutting is all in the diet not the training

I do not totaly agree that it is all in the diet. If you do not train for size correctly eating correctly will not help.
