Weight train and healthy diet. At your young age you shouldn't have a testo shortage!

No not really, as far as my limited knowledge goes, any food that claims to do that is just a myth.

this could be a myth, but i remember reading somewhere that broccoli cauliflower and kale reduce estrogen levels or help burn up excess amounts, and that alcohol increases estrogen.

If the estrogen level is too high then the testosterone levels are lowered. Usually happens as men get older. That's why over all diet is important.

I would take zma at night before going to bed,and take a ginseng supplement preferably siberian ginseng and another one is deer antler sold at some health food stores, and take a good anti estrogen supplement, and look at some pretty women.

Any conditioning program from what I know will stimulate testosterone production.
Heavy compound exercises are great for this, I think.
Deadlifts, squats, pulls, pushes and plenty of protein and rest.

Supposedly some foods help support test levels, but I don't know.
The one's I can think of off hand are onions, garlic, fish, and spinach... I remember reading an article about those helping maintain healthy test levels. but again, i don't know how much research is behind that.

Unfortunately, as we age testosterone levels decrease without too much we can do about it. Some more rapidly and adversely than others.
Short of testosterone therapy realistically, despite all the 'commercials' to the contrary, there really is not much out there. This is not to say that it is useless to try obviously, as natural methods will at the very least 'slow' the natural progression.
Eat a sensible diet, exercise, reduce bodyfat, is about all the 'natural' things you can do.
