I just want to have ur opinion that how can i build chest mass and build it as quickly as possible......my other body parts a pretty good but not chest....please guide me:(, Thanx.

Ooo Me too thegameshan. I've been workin out for quite a while but all the gains (visible mass gains not strength) seem to go to all my other parts except chest.
any tips on how i could get it massive like my other muscle groups!? |

Wel then 1st and formost stick with the basics.........bench press of all sorts, with varying angles and using of dumbells us emose your engery on these since they build most size, don't concentrat so much as on flys or cable crossovers. try this....
bench press 4 sets 12-8...super set with flys 4x15 incline dumbell presses 4 setsx 10 superseted with dips decline dumbell press superseted with incline *fly/press* faliure..........do this every other work out the other times do fly on a physio ball 4x12 *** this is a unique super set I made up very hard... get a relativly high dumbell that you can normallly perform 9 or 10 times,,,, bench it deep and wide, then fly it out and far with a good squeeze. The press it 2 times, then fly it 2 times...then 3 and so on..... you won't be able to do that many lol but it will burn. -------------- .......adversity causes some to break, but others to break records! ......minds are not vessles to be filled, but fires to be enlightened ......Confucious once said ,DO NOT play leap frog with a unicorn |

wats super det? wat i understand of: "bench press 4 sets 12-8...super set with flys 4x15 " is doing one set of fly after each set of bech press, and same for others..is this right....plz guide.:(

I have found that to build chest mass requires using reps of 5 to 9 reps,with around 75% to 80%of your current max,work the Bench press and Incline press and dumbbell press,once a week,for four or five sets.

i've always had a weak looking chest. i find what works best for me are exercises where i'm making more of a hugging motion (flys, cables, dumbell presses). decline bench has shown some results too.

Touching bar to chest or even pausing the bar on chest during bench presses produces great results...no more stopping at elbows parallel bullshit...
Dips DEEP....leaning forward.... Flyes are good also.. Pec Deck is a great piece of equipment to hang your towel on....ditto for the crossovers... |
