THE EASIEST WAY I DO IT IS SPRAY A SKILLET WITH PAM OR ANYOTHER NON FAT SPRAY AND COOK JUST LIKE YOU WOULD NORMAL EGGS. I PREFER TO HAVE 1 YOLK FOR EVERY 3 EGG WHITES--FOR TASTE AND CONSISTENCY. I HAVE ALSO SPRAYED A MICROWAVEABLE BOWL WITH PAM AND ADDED THE EGGS(3)--PUT IN MICRO. FOR 2 MIN. --STIR HALF WAY THROUGH
I use olive oil. Then just cook as normal. You may do like summerw18 says, add a yolk for every 3 till you get used to none. On a gaining diet, I will have 4 eggwhites in the morning, 2 whole eggs.
