Hello, i'm 24 235lbs with a solid 7 years of lifting under my belt, i even placed 5th place at atlantic canada's strongest man when i was 19!! I have a question regarding on how to cycle ph's. I would like to start with 1ad/4ad, could i this?
week 1: 800mg 4Ad with 400mg 1AD
week 2: 800mg 4Ad with 400mg 1AD
week 3: 800mg 4Ad with 400mg 1AD
week 4: 800mg 4Ad with 400mg 1AD
week 5: 800mg 4Ad with 400mg 1AD
week 6: 800mg 4Ad with 400mg 1AD
also, how much 6-OXO should i take after this and for how long? another question, after waiting another 2 months could someone help me out and how to cycle m1t and 1ad? i'd like to try 2 weeks on 2 weeks off 2 weeks on and then would like to know how much and for long 6-OXO again? Thanks in advance!!

Run the 6OXO for the full 4 weeks after any cycle I think its like 2 caps in the morning and 4 in the evening just follow the directions. I would run the Methyl 1 Test with 4AD not 1AD just as you described 2 weeks on 2 off then 2 weeks back on with the Methyl 1 Test. Run the 4AD straight through your cycle. PCT when you finish ideally nolvadex is the way to go with PCT for Methyl 1 Test but 6OXO should suffice.

For M1T cycle, I would strongly suggest Nolva and 6 oxo combo PCT.
