Hi, my name is Dan and im a 20 year old student. Ive been working out gaining some strength for the past 4 years. i weight 168 pounds and I am 5'10" tall. Ive been noticing that for about the past 4 months i have barly seen any change at all in my body, mainly in my chest. I work out 5 times a week with a diffrent body port every day. I take nano vapour before my workout, i take whey gold standard protein with a little extra glutamine and creatine mixed with it and i sometimes mix dextrose sugar. I try to eat regularly everyday. I dont know what the problem could be. Should i change my supplements around and add some extra stuff in between? Or should I focus more on eating lean meats or just change my workouts around? maybe a little bit of everything? it would be nice to hear from some people who go threw their plateuo's. my goal is to continue gaining muscle, but not to the point where im bulking up fat, id like to keep my cardio on a good pace.
Thanks for your time.

hmmmm... sounds like a supplement problem... do you take the nano vapor before or after the creatine?

Have you been working out with the same program for 4 years? If so then you should probably look into switching to a new program.
Check out programs and articles on t-nation.com by authors: Chad Waterbury, Christian Thibaudeau, Charles Poliquin, Eric Cressey, Alwyn Cosgrove, and Dr. John Berardi. You should get some good ideas from these guys on changing your program. Also read the "newbies" articles by Christian Thibaudeau. There are 3 of them covering training, diet, and supplementation.

I can almost guarantee that your program sucks, your are not eating enough and those supplements aren't doing jack for you.
Post what you are doing for training and I will be happy to slaughter it for you. When is the last time you gained weight.

I agree. Try adding about 500 cals to your daily diet and change your routine. Are you really challenging yourself? Or did you get comfortable? If you're not feeling challenged, you can't expect a change.
