Hi ppl, I had my leg workout yesterday and it all went good, its a but short as its only 3 exercise but its fine.
Anyhow my las exercise is Reverse Calf Raises and I had NO idea on how to do them... I tried looking for a step thingie at the gym but there wasn't any and I walked around for like 10 mins looking for a block of anything I could stand on and of course I didn't find anything so I skipped the Reverse Calf Raises.
One thing I did find is this "machine" which people use for stretching and stuff, it simply has alot of bars and plates of sheet metal and handles all over it but no wight of any kind and I have seen one guy stretch his calves on a piece of sheet metal going from the floor to the machine in a 45 degrees angle and I was thinking it me suit for the Reverse Calf Raises and regular ones. What do you think?

They are basically the same as normal calf raises except you do them opposite from the way you normally do them. Stand with your heels on a block, lower your toes as far as you can, then lift them up, and contract the muscles of the front of your legs really hard.
