Okay I'm currently 6'2" 205. I want to get to around 235, but I want it to be muscle weight not fat. Whats the best way to train and eat in order to achieve this?

Start doing a heavy compound lifting program.
Push-Pull-Squat is a good start as is 5x5 program.
Focus on your effort on full range squats, deadlifts, overhead presses, bent over rows, bench, etc. Go heavy 3-5 rep range....doing 5x5 or something similar...
Bump up your protein/carb/fat intake. There are some great posts with advice in nutrition forum.
