I've been training for couple of months but not in a serious way. And I feel like this time I really need to look for my ideal workout and nutrition. As you maybe understood by the topic title I'm searching to gain and not lose weight. I'm 6'0 (182 cm) tall and I weigh 9.312 stones (60 kg). My only material is a dumbbell and a fitness carpet. As for nutrition I really want to try and not use any aort of protein or any of this stuff, I prefer to keep natural and only focus on what would help me get mass and weight by eating like a normal person. So PLEASE message me if you have the best workout to gain weight or if you have a good menu of what I can eat in the different parts of the day. Thanks in advance

5 days a week do 50 pushups, 50 bicycles, 2 minute plank, 50 lunges each leg, 50 squats and 50 hand stand push ups against a wall. It will take you a while to build up to that number but when you do come back. You can find the exercises I listed in the exercise section on this sight. Make sure your form is perfect even if you can only do one rep.
Don't eat processed foods. If it comes in a bag or a box, eat the package. Eat fruit smoothies, protein shakes and eat all the veggies and meat that you can. Eat 4 times a day in addition to the shake and smoothie. Have a half cup of cottage cheese at bed time.

Thanks a lot Mr_Geeser!
"Make sure your form is perfect even if you can only do one rep" Does that mean that if I don't feel like it's my day and I can't do that many reps I should leave it at there and continue another day?
Thanks for your help

Cereals are loaded with sugar and not good for the body.
