My doctor doesn't want me taking any kinds of supplements. He says I'm too young and that I should only be eating food and not supplements. How do I get in 150 grams of protein from just food? I eat tuna and chicken breast and everything but the sucky thing about getting in a lot of protein is that you don't have such a wide variety of foods to choose from. If only Pizza had lots of protein and no carbs or fat! lol

Hey there DX14AG , how much chicken and tuna are you eating? Turkey has tons of protein. Your doctor doesn't even want you taking a protein powder? at 15 i was taking protein and creatine and made excellent gains. My dads a doctor and he said as long as your weight training and have a need for extra protein that you should be ok taking a protein powder supplement. Just make sure your drinking plenty of water. Good luck and hope this helps. What would be a good idea to is try and take in 25g. of protein a meal and you should reach your goal of a 150g. of protein.

yeah it's kinda crazy huh? My doctor doesn't want me taking anything. I was making some good gains with the creatine and everything, but then now I dropped it and I'm not sure if my muscles are going to go away or anything. How long does it take for you to lose size when you stop taking creatine? when will you notice
