I have been eating more than i have in the past and still not getting enough calories. Do I need to eat more? My fat intake is good at this point, but if I eat more it will go up. Any ideas on how to get the calories, protien, and carbs, and not the fat?

I think you answered your own question. You said I am still not getting enough calories, and then, do I need to eat more.
Fat is not a bad thing. Peanuts, walnuts, olive oil, fish, all have good fat in them that is much different than trans or saturated fats.
Eat more calorically dense foods, walnuts, olive oil, etc.

and up your whole grains - they aren't really fatty, as well as very lean proein. Fat should be up to 30% of your daily intake.
