THE BIGGEST PART OF MY BODY IS MY BELLY..I WANT TO KNOW IF THE BEST THING FOR ME IS LIKE CARDIO WORK..BUILDING UP YOURE HEART RATE AND JOGGING AND SUCH OR IF SITTUPS WOULD HELP GET RID OF IT ASWELL

100% agree with TimDay. You can do all the exercise you want, but if your diet isn't zeroed in, you won't reach your goal.

Don't fall for the gimmicks. If you want a strong core, you can do a ton of things without a ball.
I'm disputing it's possible effectiveness, I just suggest finding other options before dropping $9.99 + S&H.

Im only a begginer but im pretty sure a daily run will help get rid of that lower stomach fat
