I'm new to the program and I'm not sure what to do. I'm doing more of the low carb dieting which i am losing some weight but it doesn't seem to be coming off in the ab section. What exercises should I be doing besides ab crunches to help lose it in the stomach area

You can not spot reduce. Keep exercising your entire body and eating right and you will continue to see changes. For many the ab area is the last area for it to come off. Stay positve and focused and realize this is your new life stlye.
