I weigh 238lbs how can I get 1gram of protein per pound? Thats 238 grams of protein in 1 day? Even if I take 3 protein shakes (total of 90 grams) and 3 bars (63 grams) that still leaves me about 100 grams short per day. Also not too mention starts to get very expensive. Isnt their anyway to get those grams without killing my wallet. Any help would be appreciated

Thanks
Bryan

A can of tuna is what like 38 grams of protein. So Im sure it would be pretty easy to consume 100 grams of protein a day with normal foods. Goodluck on your goals

I was only using those as an example I would not really want to take 3 shakes and 3 bars I would prefer to eat real food especially since I am a big guy 6'3 238lbs those shakes and bars just dont cut it leaving me hungry all the time.

I pull in usually near 300 grams of protein. If you are not able to find time to eat 5+ meals a day, you may want to consider making a homemade MRP. You can pack a good homemade MRP with over a 100 grams easy to supplement between meals. You can easily rack in another 38 grams if not more. My favorite thing to do is cook chicken breasts. I generally eat several meals with one chicken breast, brown rice, and brocolli in a day. There are hundreds of recipes for chicken so you don't get too tired of it. Hope this helps!
