How to loose belly flab

Hi all

I have been weight training for about 9 months, I have really good muscle tone to my upper and lower body and have lost 13 inches and 12 lbs so far. I am trying to eat good and do about 45 min of cardio about 3 times per week. I have a spare tire at my belly that I just cannot loose. I do ab exercises everyday-actually twice per day (in the am and pm). I guess I am wondering what is the best way to loose this belly fat. Any suggestions on diet or what type of exercises would work faster? Thanks:cool:

No need to do abs twice a day.. couple times a week is good... they are like any other muscle and need rest to build.

"I am trying to eat good..." Does that mean you are? Abs are made in the kitchen and you need a very low bodyfat to show off the six pack.

Ensure the diet is clean. And fill out your profile.
