I have been weight training for about 9 months, I have really good muscle tone to my upper and lower body and have lost 13 inches and 12 lbs so far. I am trying to eat good and do about 45 min of cardio about 3 times per week. I have a spare tire at my belly that I just cannot loose. I do ab exercises everyday-actually twice per day (in the am and pm). I guess I am wondering what is the best way to loose this belly fat. Any suggestions on diet or what type of exercises would work faster? Thanks:cool:
