Well, to start with, be careful about losing that much weight in such a short time. You need to shoot for a more gradual weight loss. 1-2 pounds a week is a good goal.
Look at your eating habits. Look for the artificial things in your diet. Cut out excess sweets, sodas, etc. High-fat foods are gonna have to go, but take it slow.
Start a simple exercise program, and find a friend to help keep you motivated.
Most of all, do not give up! Keep at it and you will see results.
