how to lose fat in chest area

im 14, and i have posted somewhat earlier but i have a differ format into asking this now. in order to lower the fat, is 1 hour and 30 minutes of cardio enough for 5 days a week, and cutting back 500 calorise a week.I dont lift weights, maybe on my arm but there all lite, like 10lbs, and some pushups. basically what im asking is do i have to lose more in a day then how much i eat, like if im eating 1300, do i have to lose like 1400, or more to lose the weight or i only hae to lose like 1000 sumtin.

No... your body has a set number that it'll use just to function, even your brain burns calories. As I said earlier you need to find your maintenance and then cut from there. Don't try to burn everything you ingest or else you will become malnurited and likely end up in the hospital or worst.
