Does anyone have any good workout tips that you can do at home if you cant afford to go to the gym? Unfortunately I cannot afford to go so I have to exercise at home. So if anyone has any tips that they can give me I would really appreciate it.

I have the same problem. When I signed up they gave me exercises you can do at home with things like chairs, benches, steps ect,. If there's somewhere around your house where you go for a walk, a 30 minute walk is a great fat burner!

Get the Biggest Loser DVD's; they're $10 and Walmart and they'll keep you going for at least a couple of months as they're broken down by weeks.

Hey my name's Dan. You definitely don't need a membership to a gym to workout. I'd suggest doing wall squats and assisted pushups around the house. Also, workout dvds are good choices mentioned above. Even books or any other object can be used as a replacement for dumbbells!

There's nothing you can do at the gym that you can't do at home, really. Pushups are a great upper body workout. Squats, Lunges and stepping up on a platform and back down (i forget what the name is for that) is great for legs.
Crunches, leg raises, ab twists..all great abs workouts.
Plus, for a small investment you can buy yourself a barbell, two dumbells and a some weights for pretty cheap at walmart or something and do plenty of things with those.
