hello all i did a search on this subject did'nt find that much on the boards here about this i am sure lots of you already know this but for athis is for all of you wonder like i was read it let me know what u think or let me know if u have more to add :)

There's a book out there that's put out by Men's Health magazine it's called "Testosterone Advantage". It basically lays you out a program to increase your T-levels naturally, I got it several months back and read it and put to use the workout routines and some of the diet suggestions in it and it's got a lot of good advise. However the information wasn't anything I couldn't find on here or elsewhere, it just lays it out pretty plainly. Up to you if you want to spend the money on it though. I still flip through mine on occassion (for recipes, or specific workout form), so I would say I got my moneys worth out of it.

Heavy squats and deadlifts will also do it.
