I cant help it I love pizza even knowing its reaalllllllllllllllly bad for me i still eat a couple slices when i get the chance to.... I keep going over my fats on my nutrition plan, any ideas anyone????? 45.9g is what im aloud im avging about 60g daily

I tried those kashi pizzas, and they're really not that bad. There's not as much cheese, but definitely not lacking in flavor. I've only tried the garlic with chicken, but will definetly be getting them again. Plus they have up to 17g of protein per one third slice. Hope this helps. Thanks again by the way for all your help.

Just work out like Michael Phelps. He eats 10 to 12 thousand calories a day and from wha I saw they aren't clean calories. :big_smile:

There are some healthier pizza recipews in the nutrition forum..otherwise, enjoy pizza once a week as a treat for being healthy all week long.

Go on a bulking diet, it's way easier to justify it to yourself when you're trying to gain weight.

Make your own Pizza. I like to use whole grain french bread, topped with chicken breast,onions,peppers, and whatever other veggie I want. There's low calorie pizza sauce out there, and mozzarella cheese isn't too much of a sin.
