Hi m new here and don't know how to start.
I want to lose weight.its being three years me trying this.plz help

Start with the home workout you will find under exercise programs.

If you decide to join a gym or buy equipment later you'll be ready.

Learn to eat properly and in correct proportions. That involves calorie counting.

Fill out your personal profile so we have a clue as to what your goals.

Read the fitness logs here and ask questions that are more specific.

Losing weight and gaining weight the equipment needs are different to gain weight you need a little more equipment then you would when you’re trying to lose. To lose weight it just takes will a lot of cardio and a balanced low carb diet I have seen it done and I’m not talking about that junk you see on TV or in Hollywood I’m talking about a guy I see almost every day he lost a lot of weight in under a year exercise and a good diet.
