i got the exercise plans, which adviced me to strech before every first set. but it didn't tell anything about streching itself. please help!

Its a big mistake to stretch before your body is warm. Always do something cardiovascular for 5-10 mins. before you stretch, then hit the weights.

And be patient.......... For me it's not the stretch itself who's difficult but the time that you need to stay and breath sloooowly (Im a very active person and I rather want to jump than stand still!! (o;
Keep each stretch for at least 20-30 sec and as Kalanchoe says; never stretch a cold muscle but warm up a little before.
