My question is...How do I properly take them. Is it ok to take all at once or should I space them Out? I've been trying to space them out but I seem to forget as the day goes on.
Im just trying to lose some weight and become healthier, not get cut or anything. Is there something else I should be taking, or is this enough? Will it effect me if I just pop them all at breakfast?
Not sure about the green tea and fish oil, but I would take the fibercon and multivitamins at different times of the day. I have read that fiber pushes the vitamins through your system and don't allow them to absorb properly.
