hey, whats up? my name is John, im new. i workout every other day of the week, and this site provided an off day workout. im 17 yo 140lbs 5'10'' and fairly cut, and im just askin if anyone thinks there are too many reps in these exercises. im trying to build muscle but get killed by thos 4reps of 20 exercises... anyone agree?
