I'm a 310lb. 6'4" 26 y/o who let himself get more than a little out of shape after getting out of the military. I live a moderately active life, I work out a little in the mornings but my primary issues are a lack of focus and overeating.
I hope to get some direction and positive feedback from the crew here at FT so I can get back into shape and maybe prevent a few heart problems! I find it very difficult to get myself moving after a few weeks on any program of my own design, so hopefully my membership here will give me enough structure to get my butt out of bed and on the road!
