Hello all,

I'm 16 got a benchpress and free weights around christmas and have really enjoyed messing around on it. I've knocked off alot of the sitting around and have been more active lately, I lift about everyday, sorta.. Not very sure on what I'm doing but i've had results. I was 285 lbs.

I'm now 6'1 259 lbs, Still pretty overweight but i've had compliments and I feel alot better. I live in a real small town and theres not tons to do, Gained much of my weight from homeschooling and getten hooked on online RPG's

Sorta given a backround, anyways I have the benchpress weights, and exercise bike/treadmill (dont mind the exercise bike, treadmill is boring as hell) I walk/run around everyday. You guys have any tips of stuff i can do weightlifting wise? like a plan to try? I'd appreciate it.

I'll try my best to follow through on whatever you throw at me, hardest thing is not eating as much.. Moms a damn good cook :)

Thanks.

Be sure to sit down with your Mom and let her know what your goals are and how she can help you. I'm sure your Mom is your biggest fan and will do everything she can to support you, but if you guys work together your results will come quicker and your Mom will be so pleased to be a part of your success.
