Mine really sucks..I've went on a two week trip to the beeches with my friends, and obviously no workout in that period, my training partner (my twin Bro) is a real demotivator, he makes me feel so lazy and depressed during the workouts. I miss many workouts here and there. the only good thing is that I've fully recovered yesterday from an injury in my stomach, and I'm ready now to pump my abs again. Amr

Been sick for about a week. The apt. complex decided to change the water of the pool after about 3 months. So haven't really worked out for 2 weeks. Really looking forward to swimming in the early morning and working out. I just so motivated when I see how hard people are training on this site.

I'm still motivated, I just can't get a handle on my diet. I guess I'll try eating the same thing all day. Chicken rice and brocolli - I refuse to give up.

Just started in May and I look forward to cooler temps so I don't feel so sapped at the end of the day. If I feel this good now I'm sure I will be like Arnold by next year!! I'm not even close to competition but have progressed. Thanks for your great encouragement!!

Summer seems to be a little harder to stay committed since there are so many other things that you could be doing. However, I'm hanging in there and staying focused on my training. I just got done taking a two-week layoff and I feel great. Don't get me wrong my lay-off wasn't just a sit on your glutes and don't do anything; I stayed active in other areas such as remodeling the kids bedroom and a few other home improvement projects. I do feel a little smoother but I'm sure it is because of all the little debbies, pizza and beer I consumed. Oops! I slipped but hey, I deserved it after all the long hard months I've dedicated to improving my myself. I'm back at the old grind-stone again and my diet is back on track.
