after workout its important to get protein and carbs into your body.. i dont think 10 peanuts is going to satisfy this

Bropie is dead on with the protien after the work out. If you don't supply the muscle with protien your body will never be able to repair it properly.
If your trying to lose weight, I would definitly add more protien and cut out the simple carbs supplied by fruits your eating. You definitly need more greens in your diet, as well as complex carbs. Check out the Grocery List sticky at the top of this forum for some great food ideas.

So do you suggest I have a protein shake after my workout instead of the peanuts?

Yes, most definitly. Make it with water/ice and not with milk to keep the slow digesting (dairy) protiens out of it. You need fast protien and it doesn't get any faster then whey!

have a protein shake after your workout rnc.. it will get into your system the fastest. there have been recent studies that show that you dont need much more than 10 grams of protein immediately after a workout (that could even be a glass of milk :)) and yes, take in protein after HIIT too. It's of GREAT improtance to get carbs into your body in this period too, as they will have been depleted by your heavy workout or HIIT training.
as for creatine, for 5-7 days load 20g per day, once in the morning and once 8- 12 hours later or after a workout. then after that, consume 5g a day for about 7 weeks, and then take about 3 weeks off. then start it all over if you want.. hope this helps.

I would avoid casien protiens after a work out because they can take hours to digest (and you need to get protien in your body within 1 hour after working out for the best results). You want something that will be absorbed into your body ASAP and dairy will not do that. There are plenty of other good protien choices other then whey, like tuna or chicken.
