thursday and friday bench 10 sets for a month
( or deadlifts or something ) was wondering if you guys think that would work through a plague or build you up more or anything i dont know i got a wierd crazy ideas and imagination lol
how bout
monday
bench 10 sets, tue squat 10 sets, thurs - milt press 10 sets and frday- deadlift 10 sets or something anyway IF this makes sense to anyone gemme some opinions or thoughts of how you think this would go? imma try it lol as a test run after this other routine i got now was wondering what you guys would think of it:laugh:

Why not utilize different angles for the 10 sets, like 4 sets flat, 3 sets incline, 3 sets decline? 4 sets wide stance, 3 sets normal stance, 3 sets narrow stance? You would get more fiber involvement. IMO.

i see so asimer you think it would be better to do a week of like
monday bench 10 sets hittin from diff angels
tues squats 10 sets
wens milt press 10 sets and thurs deadlifts 10 sets all on diff angles.. do ya reckon 10 sets of bench for 4 days a week would b overtraining yourself those muscles involved in benching?

You can't bench every day.
maybe every 3 days, or 4.
4 days in a row would be overtraining and useless, your muscles would never get to recover and each subsequent workout would suck more.
