Just thought I'd drop a note to say "Hi" and introduce myself since I have been hanging around this site for a few weeks reading and learning plenty from you all.
I just had to say Thanks - For one example, I never bothered with Protein drinks after doing my weights b4, but I have now bought some and definitely see and understand the benefits for muscle regeneration.
Welcome and remember water is important also. Our bodies are based on water and protien. Good Luck to you.
