What do yall think is a humanly possible amount of lean muscle pounds to put on in 10 weeks if you were a Collegiate Athlete, eating right, exercising extremely, taking creatine, weight gainer, and protein shake, and L arginine w/ Orinithine.?????????????????????????????????????????????? Any better ideas?????????? I've gained 8 lbs in about 1.5 months.

i dont think theres any way to quantify that.. you just need to keep up eating right, training hard, and resting
