Hi, ive just purchased "Humanovar" by GEN , i just wanted to know if any has ever tried it or knows anyone who did , and what were the results?..thanx

Yah I took it for about 8 months. It was great!!! I felt mentally sharp, I was retaining information easily. Physically wise I put on about 10lbs of rock hard lean muscle. My workouts were amazing. I dropped about 3-4% body fat as well. Pro-Hormones are now illegal in canada. It's sucks 'cause I'd take it again in a second!!!

stay away from steroids/prohormones....you're 18....good workout plan. nutrition, and sleep will get you the results....

10 lbs in 8 mounth is not a lot... You could have done better with a good diet...

10 lbs in 8 months is great when you are my natural size. My diet is amazing, always has been. That 10 lbs is lean mass and along with my "Hardgainer" status, and the fattest I've ever been in my adult life is 7-8% body fat. I'd say 10 lbs is great, mixed in with the body fat % drop.
